Once you receive your confirmation and become an official Grubhub driver, you’ll need to complete the onboarding process. How Much Does Grubhub Pay?

You’ll earn 22 cents per mile for both picking up and delivering the order. And you’ll receive a varying rate (typically 10 to 20 cents per minute) for the time you spend driving and waiting for the restaurant to get the order ready. On top of that, you’ll keep 100 percent of your tip.
That works out to an average of about $12 per hour. However, you’ll earn more for delivering in certain markets, for picking up larger and more expensive catering orders, etc.

Grubhub has two methods for paying drivers.
